Payment    Full payment with order

Refunds    I do not have to provide a refund, if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. However:

Standard priced Keys displayed on the website may be returned, for a full refund of key purchase price. Provided the key has not been personalised * for you and is returned and available for re-sale promptly, undamaged and sent back securely packaged

Standard priced Picture Keys displayed on  the website may be returned, for a full refund of key purchase price less $5 picture process cost. Provided the key has not been personalised for you and is returned and available for re-sale promptly, undamaged and sent back securely packaged

Personalised * i.e. Free name and date of birth engraving, would make the key saleable only to someone with the same name and dob that also desires that particular key

Courier and packaging cost are non refundable. any return costs would be of senders responsibility

Custom made to order keys are not returnable

Keys lost or damaged in mail     Would be covered by NZ Post/CourierPost terms and conditions

Free Engraving of Name and Date of Birth    Should I make an error with engraving, I will re-make the key and courier to you at my cost
